Birth Doula
A Birth Doula is a support person for a mother and her partner during childbirth. The term "Doula" comes from a Greek word meaning "woman servant." A doula helps women during pregnancy, childbirth, and after birth. My role is to support the birth experience you want, ensuring you have a positive, safe, and empowering labor and delivery! I am now offering Virtual support as well as In-Person so whatever your needs - I’ve got you covered.
Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class

We’re excited to present the Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class, a groundbreaking approach to childbirth. Spinning Babies® understands that fetal positions are not accidental; babies adapt to their space. The good news is that birth anatomy can be flexible, and we're here to guide you through it.

Postpartum Doula
Having a baby can be tough, no matter if it's your first or seventh. A Postpartum Doula can make a big difference. I help with breastfeeding, nutrition, understanding newborn behavior, cooking, cleaning, or just being there to listen.
Breastfeeding Counselor
Breastfeeding is a natural way to nourish babies. While some mothers and babies bond easily, others may face challenges. Each journey is unique, and it's all normal and beautiful! As a Breastfeeding Counselor I assist with emotional comfort, latch, positioning, troubleshooting, and determining if you need additional lactation support.

Childbirth Education
Pregnancy is an exciting and emotional time for every woman, including you. There is a lot of potential pressure and fear about birth on our social media feeds. It's difficult to not let these feelings affect your birth experience negatively. In my individual or group childbirth classes, I can help you and your partner learn about your options, possible medical interventions, the natural process of birth, comfort techniques for labor, and aim to inspire excitement and confidence for your upcoming journey!
